What Is A Home Inspection?
Inspections can also be done prior to listing a home for sale. Correcting defects and having components properly maintained can make a home attractive to buyers. Finally, many Properties are inspected on a routine basis to make sure everything is in good condition. Roofs, attics and crawlspaces are difficult and sometimes impossible to check. We will do our best to ensure that we meet the criteria set by SC Residential Building Commision "Standards of Practice" by using consistent reporting measures and continued training for our inspectors.

the physical structure and mechanical systems of a home.

and identifies areas in need of attention. Most inspections are
done as an integral part of the home purchase process. Increasing
